There is good reason that Tundi’s clients say working with her is a great experience. Her persistence, attention to detail and enthusiasm are second to none. Whether working with buyers or sellers of personal homes or investment property, she works tirelessly to get the best results for her clients. Tundi explains, “It is so important to me that my clients feel totally empowered to make smart, informed decisions. I consider myself their partner bringing them the tools to reach their goals.” Capitalizing on her marketing background and decades of experience in the Iowa City area, Tundi’s goal is to make the buying and selling process smooth, stress-free and successful. As part of the Johnson County community since 1998, she loves this area, knows it like the back of her hand and takes pride in sharing all the great things it has to offer. When not working to make a home buyer’s or seller’s dreams come true, Tundi contributes her extra energy to the local school district and to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital as she and her husband raise four children.

Fun Facts About Tundi Brady:

Are you a little bit urban or a little bit acres? Have dreamed about acres forever but my reality is always urban. One day.

Favorite book? A Prayer for Owen Meany

Favorite food? Almond biscotti dipped in coffee with cream.

Favorite movie? It’s a Wonderful Life

Favorite local landmark? I am not sure it is a landmark, but Wilson’s Orchard is absolutely magical.

Favorite sport’s team? Shhh… don’t tell anyone, but my attention span for sports is 8 minutes tops. Terribly embarrassing in a Big Ten college town.

Favorite Iowa fact?  Iowa has always been on the cutting edge of civil rights. It was one of the first states to allow women to own property, legalized interracial marriage 100 years before the rest of the nation, outlawed segregated schools 90 years before the rest of nation, elected the first woman to public office and was the second state to grant full marriage equality to gay and lesbian couples, just to a name a few.

Favorite childhood toy? A metal dollhouse with furniture painted on the walls and the 1970s version of  Fisher Price Little People.

Favorite musician? So many favorites! But the top has to be my teenage son who is a prog metal drummer. When I am not listening to his music coming through the basement ceiling, other current faves are Lily Allen, Regina Spektor, Twenty One Pilots, and Iron and Wine.

Favorite color? Periwinkle. Isn’t it just the happiest color ever? And goes really well with orange.
